Yes, that's right, for the first time, this year's BookExpo America, the annual celebration of publishing and bookselling, is open not only to publishing industry professionals, media and bloggers, but also to a select number of book club members!
BookExpo America offers a wonderful opportunity to meet authors, learn about upcoming fall titles, attend special events and soak up all the excitement the book industry has to offer. There will also be a special panel where publishers will share their “Hot Picks for Book Clubs for Fall” on Wednesday, May 27th at 10 am. The panel will be moderated by ReadingGroupGuides.com's Carol Fitzgerald and will feature yours truly along with representatives from the other major publishing houses.
Don’t miss this unique opportunity to get a jump on the fall season and learn about all the upcoming titles for your clubs to consider! BookExpo America will accept Book Club member registrations on a first-come, first-served basis with a total of 250 being accepted. 3-day admission into BEA is $140 pre-show. BookExpo America takes place May 25th-27th in New York at the Javits Convention Center. May 25th is a day of education and special events. On May 26th and 27th the show floor opens and you can browse amongst all of the publishers' booths as well as attend a myriad of author signings.

This will be my first year attending. I'm also going to the Book Bloggers Convention which takes place on Friday, May 28th in the same location.
Can't wait to see all of my reading buddies. I'm so excited about attending this conference!
