I got an email from Kelly Corrigan today! OK, so did a lot of people, but it announced her new book, Lift, a 96-page letter to her daughters that goes on sale next week. I absolutely loved The Middle Place, her moving and inspiring memoir about her experience with breast cancer and that "middle place" that women find themselves as daughters and mothers. Kelly was kind enough to join me on Book Club Girl on Air last year to discuss it with many of you. As there was for The Middle Place, there is once again an amazing video to introduce Lift, featuring Kelly and her beautiful daughters. I cannot wait to read this book. Read an excerpt from Lift and look for Kelly on tour near you in the coming weeks. Check out the reading group questions for Lift, and watch the video below, with a hanky handy...

THE MIDDLE PLACE was such a great book! And Kelly Corrigan is so genuine and real in the clips I've seen on You Tube.
