I'm excited about this! I think a Blog Talk Radio show is a great idea.

I love A Tree Grows In Brooklyn. It has been a favorite of everyone in my family every since my Dad bought a copy at a used book store when I was a kid. He and my Mom bought my sister and I our own copies. One of the best parts about being a high school English teacher was getting to share this book with my students. I think a radio show about this book would be excellent!

They should definitely do a radio show. I would love to hear them chat about it. Don't worry Jennifer, I actually read this one and other than remembering that I liked it, I don't remember much of anything else. This will be as good as reading it the first time.

I'd enjoy hearing a radio show from them. And this is so weird...just yesterday I was commenting to a friend that there are so many 'classics' that I haven't read. Now's my chance to fill that void in my reading lists! This book is on my shelf, I'll be getting it down & dusted off.

You have got to read this one, Jennifer. It is a classic! I love it and read it every few years. It is so quintessentially American (and New York!).

I'm definitely joining in - I haven't read January's pick either! It would be very cool if you got them to go on air about the book club.

I've been meaning to read this ... you hear such good things about this book. My daughter even has a copy on her book shelf (if I can make it across her floor!). I'll have to read it soon.
