We had a wonderful conversation with Ann Patchett tonight about her novel Run. Listen here now by clicking on the widget below! I'll update this post later on tonight with links to all the books that Ann recommends as some of her favorites. Thanks to everyone who called in and sent in questions.

Great discussion tonight. Thank you!

I meant to tune in last night, but a visit to the dentist yesterday through me for a loop.

Ann was just as interesting as I expected she would be. I enjoyed the show a lot.

That was a fantastic discussion about Ann Patchett's book Run! This was my first time with the Book Club Girl Radio show. I think next time I will call in though I am self-conscious about talking on the phone.
Thanks for hosting it!

I'm glad everyone enjoyed it! And Serena, please do call in, it's always so great to hear someone's voice (besides my own!). Thanks again to everyone, especially Ann.

I enjoyed listening the archived interview; I got some extra insight that hadn't hit me when I read the book.
One of my IRL book groups is discussing *Bel Canto* next month. It will be nice to re-read it so soon after reading *Run*, to compare/contrast Ann's writing.
