My book hasn't arrived yet. :( But this contest sounds awesome. I'm a big fan of Nathaniel Hawthorne (I'm a nerd), so even the idea of staying somewhere called "Hawthorne Hotel" sounds exciting to me. I'm definitely going to enter. Thanks for posting about it!

Thanks for the info on the contest. I am looking forward to reading this book! I don't have a copy yet. I like your blog!! I am new to the blogging world and have added a link to your blog on mine. I am in a book club also so I will be reading your blog regularly.

I received my ARC last Friday, and spent the weekend lost in the pages of this wonderful book! It is spellbinding! I have recommended it to many, and have sung it's praises on book review blogs.
It is beautifully written.....It was mystical, and mysterious and all of the characters came completely to life in my mind. The only drawback was that I didn't want the story to be over!
I have shared it with a very good friend of mine --an aspiring author, herself - and she, too ignored all else. She and I are already casting the movie...which we are positive will be the next step.
Thanks so much for giving me the opportunity to read and share THE LACE READER!
